Storyteller, Books and Characters,

Hope everyone had a nice Easter and are now enjoying nice warm weather.  As we continue our journey riding our bicycles through Ohio's Imaginary Library for the F.O.E. we are expecting Great Expectations as we are approaching the end of our travels.  But we can't stop peddling just yet as there are still more Children's Books and Novels out there to pick up and put in our Book Stacks for our Storyteller this year. You all are peddling hard and doing a fantastic job stacking up all those Children's Books and Novels in your Book Stacks for our Storyteller who is looking for Great Expectations at State Convention.

As I noted all have been busy adding Children's Books and Novels to your Book Stacks and this Bookworm is happy to report that 7 Book Stacks made their quota for the year, 8 doubled their quota, and 3 tripled their quota this month. Very proud of you all as you have kept those bicycles peddling and with Ohio's quota for the year at 4776 and we are on our way to meet that quota having a total of 632 New Children's Books and Novels this month. Way to go, Ohio.

This Bookworm loves crawling along and seeing how all the Bookstacks along my path are doing.  I see everyone working hard as your Storyteller and I attended your SWZ Conference and then on to the SEZ conferences in April. The State Officers and Zone Coordinators did a great job, along with the Characters and Editors as they gave their reports. It is always nice seeing the Books along the way. A fun time was had at both Conferences, and we even got to spend a night in a cabin.

After zone conference later in April, we found ourselves at Medina #2224 for their Auxiliaries 80th Anniversary.  It was their first time they did the anniversary ritual, and they honored their Past Presidents and Charter Members with dignity.  Congratulations on a job well done and the food afterwards was fantastic as well.   They also presented our Storyteller SMP Kathy and Worthy President Walt a donation for their charities.  Again, an enjoyable evening was had by all who attended, and this Bookworm was happy to be there.

As I finish crawling along through Ohio's Imaginary Library for the F.O.E. I am looking forward to seeing all at State Convention. Remember to continue peddling as there are still more Children's Books and Novels to get along the way for your Book Stacks and then we all will see the Great Expectations for our Storyteller Kathy.  Love you all.
